LEGAL REGULATION OF UNSECURED DIGITAL ASSETS ON THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

 In this scientific article a question was considered, about the 
legal regulation of unsecured digital assets in the territory of the Republic of 
Kazakhstan (RK). Theoretical impact of the research is concluded to improve 
the law of the RK about unsecured digital assets. Based on the existing domestic 
legal base about digital assets, there were analysed main definitions, types, and 
also the competence of the designated public authorities of the RK in the sphere 
of digital assets, according to which are moved the alternative point of view for 
improving legal regulation of the unsecured digital assets. Practical impact of 
the research is conditioned to improve the legal base and judicial practice in 
consideration of cases, which have connection with the unsecured digital assets 
in the territory of the RK. In the process of doing research work about the 
mentioned theme of the scientific article, there were used the following methods: 
legal analysis, comparison, systematisation.
