Abstract

This article examines topical issues of transformation of
foreign policy and foreign policy guidelines of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the
modern period. The article makes a special emphasis on targeting the diplomatic
law of international organizations due to the intensified participation of the  republic in the activities of various international organizations. The analysis
carried out in the work revealed the transformation processes in the foreign
policy of Uzbekistan, starting with the Presidency of Sh.M. Mirziyoyev. The
transformation of foreign policy and foreign policy guidelines has a positive
dynamic both for the sphere of foreign policy in general and for the science of
diplomatic and consular law, in particular, the diplomatic law of international
organizations. The article provides a detailed analysis of the transformational
processes of Uzbekistan's foreign policy activity and targeting the international
institutional sphere within the framework of general international relations. The
paper substantiates the theoretical principles, legal content and interdisciplinary
nature of the diplomatic law of international organizations. The analysis made it
possible to conclude that the transformation process leads to targeting, first of
all, the international institutional system, and in relation to our subject, the
diplomatic law of international organizations.
