Abstract

he article analyzes the possibility of using technologies in the
process of talent management, their influence on improving the professional
skills of young specialists, also it identifies factors that negatively affect the
effectiveness of ongoing talent management activities. Recommendations for the
implementation of the program approach to talent management have been
proposed and the need to organize effective work on talent management has been
identified. Moreover, a concept is proposed that will allow rebuilding the talent  management work system in accordance with the current characteristics of an
enterprise.
