Abstract

This research contributes to the study and expansion, as well as the
strengthening of the economic rights and opportunities of women of Kazakhstan
in the field of equality, economic growth and improvement of living standards.
The main purpose of the research work is to identify women's entrepreneurial
factors in empowering female entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. The
methodology was based on a quantitative descriptive approach and the data were
collected using a self-filled questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to collect
more extensive information, analyze it and draw certain conclusions. A total of
102 usable responses were collected. The data was analyzed using Exploratory
Factor analysis via Minitab software. As a result of the analysis, 7 potential
factors were identified that can contribute to the empowerment of women's
entrepreneurship.
